The new Workplace, designed and built by AM4design,  embodies a vibrant design narrative, seamlessly merging brand identity with contemporary workspace trends to inspire energy and collaboration.

It is conceived not as a static composition, but as a shifting field of perception where alignment, reflection, and movement continuously reshape. 

You don't just look at it. You move through it. 

The space feels alive and responsive.

The goal was to create a work environment that reflected the brand's history, drawing on global references and adapting them to the new spaces. Throughout the project, color, material selection, and lighting strategies are used to reinforce the distinct character of each zone while maintaining visual coherence across the workplace.

Design CONCEPT

Key design elements: 

Active Movement: The design relies on your motion. The view changes with every step.
Shifting Light: Sunlight and shadow move across the walls. They mark the passage of time.

Fluid Boundaries: Walls act as guides instead of hard stops.

These elements unite the entire office, making it appear as a single, harmonious space.

Light, surface, and perspective converge to construct moments that are fleeting yet deliberate.

The office was organized as a sequence of distinct yet interconnected zones. There is no dominant viewpoint; the interior reveals itself in parts, changing with movement. 

 Vibrant shades boost energy in collaborative spaces.

 A technically workplace with specialized kitchen, media, meeting, and support spaces that enable Vorwerk teams to work, demonstrate, create, and host.
